As summer (and Romance Awareness Month) comes to an end, I wanted to share some of my favorite romances that I read between the months of May and August!

To Sir, With Love by Lauren Layne

If you love You’ve Got Mail, you’ll fall in love with this updated retelling that manages to capture all of the warmth and charm of the original while still standing on its own two feet.

Isn’t it Bromantic? by Lyssa Kay Adams

My favorite in an all-around fantastic rom-com series, the Russian finally gets his own story. Laugh-out-loud funny and achingly sweet, this one is a must-read.

It Happened One Summer by Tessa Bailey

The Simple Wild in rom-com form, this is an absolute delight (and one of the hottest books I’ve read all year!).

To Have and To Hate by R.S. Grey

This one de-throned Anything You Can Do as my favorite R.S. Grey book and for good reason: marriage of convenience, age gap, and grumpy/sunshine…need I say more? This one is also on Kindle Unlimited!

The Charm Offensive by Alison Cochrun

My full review of this one is forthcoming but I cannot recommend this book enough. It’s one of the sweetest, warmest, and funniest romances I’ve read this year (and maybe ever?). You can find my full review of The Charm Offensive here!

Battle Royal by Lucy Parker

A surprisingly sentimental enemies-to-lovers and grumpy/sunshine rom-com featuring some amazing chemistry and banter. You can find my full review of Battle Royal here!

What were some of your favorite romances from this past summer?

I received copies of The Charm Offensive and Battle Royal from the publishers in exchange for an honest review. This has not impacted or influenced my opinions.
